Join the Multnomah County Drainage District (MCDD) and community partners on a free bike tour of historic Vanport, and the flood safety system that still exists today.
Learn about when these levees failed and displaced thousands of Vanport residents, and how partners are working together to improve this system, and reduce the risk of catastrophic flood events in the future.
