PEN2 Board Meeting

The Board of Supervisors for Peninsula Drainage District #2 will meet by videoconference. The agenda includes consideration of the following resolutions: a resolution requesting the Federal Emergency Management Agency to remap the floodplain at the conclusion of levee recertification; a resolution supporting the continuation of an intergovernmental agreement with the City of Portland for stormwater management; a resolution expressing that the City’s planned stormwater fee charges consider new impacts to PEN2 landowners and have rational linkage to flood safety district services; and a resolution requesting the US Army Corps of Engineers and the Urban Flood Safety and Water Quality District to include PEN2 representatives in the streetscape design during the Portland Metro Levee System project.
