TSCC Bond Hearing, UFSWQD Budget Committee & Board Meeting

A public hearing on the proposed general obligation bond measure for the Urban Flood Safety and Water Quality District, Multnomah County, State of Oregon, will be held by the Tax Supervising and Conservation Commission.  The hearing will take place by video conference at 1pm May 1, 2024.  The purpose of this hearing is to discuss the proposed measure with interested persons. Any person may appear at the hearing where public input will be received.

At the conclusion of the hearing, a public meeting of the Budget Committee and Interim Board of the Urban Flood Safety & Water Quality District (UFSWQD) will convene via teleconference at 2pm May 1, 2024 to take public comment and deliberate on the budget for fiscal year July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025. The proposed budget will be available at www.mcdd.org/document-library

At the conclusion of the budget committee meeting, the Board will meet to discuss the organizational transition. The agenda includes consideration of the Capital Improvement Plan; and three resolutions transferring employee benefits to the UFSWQD.
